For clients that are new to development, our team can help them learn the ropes by guiding them through the development process—or we can manage the entire project and simply hand them the keys at the end. FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY   Real estate finance is complex. We simplify it—by providing the right analysis, in the right package, at the right time. If a client needs a balanced, detailed project assessment, Tetrault & Associates can walk their team members through the analysis. We can also help secure equity, grants, and debt financing from local, regional, and national sources. Or if a client just wants it done, our team can produce a set of detailed financial documents with all the necessary schedules and statements. We can even package our analysis as a formal presentation for lenders and investors.

DEVELOPMENT PLANNING  Development planning requires a mix of bold vision, hard-nosed practicality, flexibility, and relentless attention to detail. Tetrault & Associates’ team can also help prepare or evaluate grant applications using a client’s underwriting criteria.
